<p><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">CANCELLATION POLICY</span></strong>&nbsp;&nbsp; <span style="font-size: 12pt;">If the school cancels the booking less than 28 days before the presentation a 50% cancellation fee may apply, if the school doesn't rebook within that same year or we can't rebook that date elsewhere.</span></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Requirements for the day</span></strong></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Our technicians will require clear access to the venue and at the venue from arranged setup time and at least 1 hour after the last presentation ends for pack down.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">1-4 students/people to assist in setting up and/or packing down, only if available.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Please remember, as with all presentations, some issues may be sensitive to some students.&nbsp; It is therefore important for teachers and counsellors to be aware of these issues prior to the presentation, so as to provide a supportive environment where students feel free to approach staff and discuss any concerns they may have.</span></p>
